Staff and Program

Montpellier OSHC Program has been running for the last 15 years and over the last few years it has become a well known Service throughout Geelong.

Our service prides itself on the safety and wellbeing of the children in our care. We provide a stimulating and exciting environment for the children to grow and achieve the skills they will need throughout there early learning.

Our program consists of a Co-coordinator, two permanent assistants and additional relief staff is employed when numbers exceed staff-child ratios. We are a fully accreditated 60 place After Care program, a 30 place Before Care program and a 45 place Vacation Care program. All of our staff hold relevant qualifications above the recommended standards.

At all times the ratio of 1 staff member for every 15 children will be adhered to. (At no time will any staff member work alone in the OSHC program.)
