Parents

Montpellier Primary School welcomes the involvement of parents. Pre school children are welcome whilst parents are helping inside the classroom.

If you are able to assist with any of the following please contact your child's teacher:

• classroom activities such as hearing reading
• typing stories for children's literacy programs
• book mending or covering in the library
• going on excursions/camps
• assisting with swimming programs
• helping at working bees
• fundraising activities

In line with current legislation, all volunteers must obtain a ‘Working with Children' card (WWCC) before participating in voluntary activities. This must be displayed at all times whilst in the school.
