Environment

The school environment is one which changes and evolves to suit the needs of our students and community.

Opening in June 2010 will be our new Gymnasium which will further enhance the programs on offer at Montpellier, including our many sporting teams who play after school.

Our multi purpose room which also hosts our highly regarded Out of School Hours Care Program was expanded and remodelled in 2008 and is a colourful and happy space.

Montpellier takes pride in our sustainability model.  A water audit in 2008 found no further savings were available as we were already making substantial savings through our water programs.  We offer a strong Environmental program which sees the children learn first hand about recycling, worm farms, growing vegetables and plants and preservation of water, enablling them to play a leading role in creating an environmentally sustainable future.
